Getting PHP to run in Orion is trivial: simply make sure that the process running Orion has PHP in the executable path. If you're building PHP manually, don't bother with the --with-java and --with-servlet configuration options. If PHP is in the executable path, Orion's built-in PHP mapping will kick in for all files ending with .php.
